Pakhya .what have they done to ypu?

Why have they always portrayed Pakhya as a useless character? Everytime there is a chance for them to develop his character,to give it more depth,they fall short.In fact,they seemed to have taken greater pains with sketching Mandas character.There was such a wonderful chance ,yet again to show a bro sis bonding...yet again they missed out.
