Well few months ago I was watching TV at my parents house and I watched a scene from this show EMA which had this beautiful girl wrapping her arms around this handsome guy who she was protecting from the heavy rain and sitting beneath a tree in the jungle. She wrapped her dupatta around his wounds to protect him so he can survive the night. The girl was Kalpana Vithal Yadhav aka Kalpi & the guy was Raghav Singhania! I fell in love with them that second. As soon as I reached home that night, I start watching the show from the beginning and every day in the morning I start watching parts of my favorite show (I watched it in the morning since I live in California). This was a routine for me everyday to catch a glimpse of my favorite couple on my iPad screen. I loved every scene of them whether it was their first meeting in childhood, in teenage years or when they grow up as two hard headed individuals. I watched their fights, their love confession & finally their engagement, which was the last beautiful part of my favorite couples' union. I was overjoyed to know that finally my favorite couple got together for lifetime. My favorite show ended right there & then for me. I was happy! Then came the news about the creators making another show under the same name where Raghav was going to marry some other girl who I had no idea who she was. So I decided to watch this new show with not any kind of expectations. Why bother when I know it will be never as good as the original one. I do watch it because of my favorite actors & I have huge respect for them because at the end of the day they are working very hard to entertain us whether we like the story or not, they still do their best! Well I am only talking here about the actors, not the CVs because I have nothing to say about them. They r from different planet all together, we don't speak the same language For me the beautiful journey of RagNa ended last Thursday with their engagement witnessed by their loved ones around them to bless the lovely Jodi of Raghav Singhania and Kalpana Vithal Yadhav, my beautiful RagNa!!
As of Friday last week, I started watching this new show with the same actors but with a totally different concept. I am not angry or mad of why in this new show the creators are making Raghav so out of character. As I mentioned before I have no expectations because I am happy that the original EMA was beautiful & I can go back and watch all those beautiful moments again and again!! For the new show under the same name EMA, I am just taking a back seat & watching without any expectations. I am watching a new show which the characters r alien to me right now at this moment!
Please do tell me about your experience regarding the original show & this new show.
