How did Kalpi end up calling Raghav as Sir?

Ok.. Guys..
I know this is funny title..

But.. yeah.. I remember when I was watching few episodes post leap.. I could often see Kalpi calling Raghav by his name directly, without any suffix of sir, or anything..

Like.. On first day..
She thinks to herself.. Kya EYE ko pata tha.. Ki Raghav mujhe Kya Job De raha hai?

And she was soo fine while referring him as Raghav while talking to herself.. or referring to him general..

But these days.. she has got sooo firm with that SIR thing.. soo much that even I couldn't imagine her calling Raghav without sir.. i find it soo odd.. just to hear him as Raghav from Kalpi..😆😆😆😆😆

Dude.. that guy had that arrogance.. when Kalpi called him, and said.. Raghav ji.. He told her.. Raghav S.. Raghav Singhaniya..! and she has been calling him sir on his face... after she came to know about him post leap..!! But mann mein toh she always called him Sir, till that episode where she wins contract... that was last time, I hear her saying Raghav Group of Companies that's it..!!

Jab Sir bolna tha tab hardly kabhi bola.. and she has changed soo much in last 30 days.. (so called by CVs..) ... that now it's Sir and Only Sir...

With attraction /love came the respect..!!
She even addressed him as tum in old episodes !

Okay,, in child hood she used to call him Raghav aap ye aap voh and then now she calls him sir,, coz he has a sir type personality yaar, and specially when he is 32 ,, its better to call him sir than uncle🤣,,

and I donot think she will delete that sir after Raghav,, not so, RAghav will be too much to her,, she respects him alot yaar,, but raghav toh usse raghav bulwakar hi rahega kabhi,, he is very ziddi with her thoughts,, aise nahin to waise😆😆
