But just to refresh it.. the past scenes and episodes..! With major compare and contrast.. as that's what Sejal is famous for...
There were days when
1. Raghav told her to make him coffee in interview, as he was busy wooing Paakhi...
2. He insults Kalpi listening to sammy during presentation: APOLOGIZED and OVER ...
3. Kalpi resigns in jungle, he accepts it.. and portrays how happy he is...
4. Two saving session.. yet no drop of thankfulness...
5. <font color="#FF0000">He is found with Maya on bed.. while he thinks of Kalpi.. He scolds Kalpi for entering without knocking and insults her in and out...</font>
6. He insults and scolds Kalpi.. because HIS LOVE ATTRACTION is distracting him from his focus of woo Paakhi...
7. He insults her through Genda phool incident... OVER, after he replaced rose with Genda after confession.. Yet he did not apologize.. I have considered his gesture.. that's big thing I have done for Raghav...!!
8. Pune VISIT... Public Insult and embarrassment..!!!
9. Ignoring Kalpi... for not having to Confess, by inviting only Paakhi verbally..!!

He has now developed deeper feelings for Kalpi... and thinks of her, like more often... and he doesn't understand why... He scolds Kalpi for point <font color="#000066">5!! Kalpi again resigns😆 But this time, he is left quiet without actually accepting the resignation and then begins... Hallucination, his desires for Kalpi being near him Now..</font><font color="#000066">
First by imagining her in his bedroom.. TADA..!! Paakhi ended up being there, who actually had developed infatuation for Raghav..!! But his hallucination proves somewhere that he wanted KALPI to be one to ask him if he
is alright, and take care of him.. In short he too somewhere felt Kalpi
should develop some feelings for him, like he has but ... popat ho gaya.. his feelings where developing one sidedly... </font>
Next: He didn't want Kalpi to resign at any cost, but feared she has left his office, (Rather Him..) .. He calls her in office.. and Kalpi does come in with assurance of resigning,.. But Raghav again, with same arrogance.. rejects the resignation.. Again using the power and his position as BOSS... Aapka boss hone ke naate ... (and funniest part was that it had 25 days remaining on that glass...) ... !! If you don't want anyone to leave... you tend or try to please them.. but here he brought up excuse of 6 months contract..😕😕😕 to make sure.. she stays there..!! Khair chodo yeh sab confession ke pehle confusion wali nautanki thi..!!

But my point here is that He has never said or apologized for soo many things he has done... (Except when he was drunk... and was driving..)
And Now Kalpi... Most of us consider
Kalpi leaving Raghav hanging on cliff is wrong.. and she is making a mistake...
But.. Somewhere.. doesn't Kalpi require that time...??? All of sudden the boss who insults you in soo many times (counted above..) says he loves you.. she was happy.. he doesn't hate her.. (like has always had thought...) but.. that doesn't mean she has fallen for him...!!
She made it clear several times.. that she isn't saying Yes, because of GAP between them... (Gap created by society.. and in addition to it.. fueled by Raghav himself through 9 points of insults..) ... So if it's not YES, is No?? Technically.. Raghav if he was so eager for her answer.. should have considered it that way.. after Police station incident..!! But he didn't give up on her..! 👏👏👏 Great I was happy I love to see you bellofy the papads.. but am glad u... still thought of ways to convince Kalpi.. no matter how those ways were valid or not..!!! In this heated confusion of confession... Both ended up arguing and both feeling sorry..!! Raghav went ahead with first step to apologize but the door was closed on his face.. which was considered as an insult.. (has he forgetten.. how many times he had closed door on Kalpi's face before? How many times he had insulted her...)... Yet.. for that ONE mistake .. or say TWO mistakes.. she is ready to come and say sorry.. which RAGHAV never did...!! WHY????
Because he is boss... and he has every right to hurt her... make her feel embarrassed, break her, blame her...!! and expect her to love him...👏 Awesome Dude...!!
Added after watching the episode on 3rd April..!!
Just watched the episode ... .. He asks her ... what's her decision... in medium of office... Does she wish to continue her work here, or prefer to leave... I felt as if he was asking her indirectly.. is she ready to accept him or does she prefer to leave him... that's exactly what he may have meant... He adds on to say.. he wishes her to stay with him... but then it's her decision at the end...!! Now if Kalpi understands this metaphor.. she may not resign.. giving raghav hint.. she has accepted him...
And Naa.. after watching episode.. I didn't really feel, that scene was sooo serious and rude.. though way of expression was tonned up... but I felt... Raghav isn't totally at fault right now... and neither was Kalpi really hurt..😆 She was upset and as usual confused..Pakka.. she was not hurt

Frankly Raghav's rude behaviour and indifference towards Kalpana really perplexed me initially.
But then I thought he might be doing it to make Kalpana stronger,steel her resolve to achieve her dreams and make it big.
This intention of his was made quite clear in the episode where Kalpana having learnt that she had failed in her exams was sitting all alone.But after being insulted by Raghav she decides to go on and find the truth rather than give up and live with her failure.Raghav says something along the lines of"Main samjha tum akdoo ho,bhagodi nahin".It's those words that strike a chord with her and she decides to fight and not just give up.
Same goes for the chawl incident.He wanted her to solve her problems on her own and not just rely on someone else's help.
Again the incident where she is harassed by her college mates he steels her to showcase her potential by taunting her and saying"Jo kar sakti ho wo karke dikhao"
About the presentation fiasco,I too was quite shocked by his lack of trust in Kalpi.But then again in the next episode,where he is all disturbed and then Junior Raghav comes in as his conscience and tells him and to us as to why he didnt trust Kalpana for fear of getting any closer to her by saying "Tum darte ho ki wo tumhara khayal rakhegi,wo to wo waise bhi rakti hai"
He had faith in Kalpana,in Kamla's upbringing.He knew Kalpana well although he met her for a brief period during his stay with the Kapoors.But still he believed in her enough to get Prem to confess about the Question paper leak incident.
I think he knew about how caring and noble soul Kalpana is and feared he might fall for her and mess everything up.Because he feels like he has lost every single person he has ever loved.Again the time when Sammy breaks him the news of Kalpana having offered bribe to undo her result he brings up the time when Kalpana was falsely implicated as a child of having stolen money and goe son to say"Agar usne aisa kucch kiya hai,to yeh Kamla bai ke liye bahut bura hai".To which Sammy responds "Agar!!!.Iska matlab tu yeh nahin manta ki Kalpana na aisa kucch kiya hai"
After the jungle episode,his rude behaviour can be attributed to his realisation that he loves Kalpi and that it is going to mess up his meticulously crafted plan of avenging his father's death by taking advantage of Pakhi's soft corner for him.That explains the Genda phool episode too.
About hounding Kalpana for an answer he made it clear to her that he just wanted an answer,didnt matter if it was a yes or no.but Kalpi remaining mum convinced him that she too felt something for him as well
About the door slamming thing,I don't think he felt humiliated.He was just heartbroken which is perfectly explained when he so much wanted to pick up when Kalpana calle dhim up despite Sammy advising him to the contrary.
Quite an essay here for you.Hope you have the patience to sit through it.
