I think Raghav's feet carried him to her house without his mind doing thinking. :P
At least thats how it waa shown in the show.
Raghav gusse mein tha kyunki ussey bhi hamare tarah pate nahi ki woh chahta kya hai!

His subconscious mind wanted to check Kalpi after the proposal.. He wanted to see her reaction... He too dint knw what he is going to say but he just came there by following his heart.

He himself don't know why came to chawl, may be he wanted to check on Kalpi as she left with teary eyes...it was as unplanned as his confession

Funniest part... He also started going up the steps..!! I seriously thought Kalpi has now started with her hallucination games!!
But No..!! That kind of heavy work in left only on Raghav..!!
