Agree with you.
No one is perfect. Kamla is a good person so I don't despise her but she is so clueless how she should treat her daughter and in a way she has spoiled Pakhi by showering so much attention on her.

Wonderful Post Ana !!!

The phrase it's not compulsory that a good person is always a good parent goes true with Kamala. She might be a nice, self-righteous woman but she is not ideal mother neither for Kalpi nor to Pakhi. She never understood the depth of insecurity, loneliness and burden her daughter is living with, due to her magnanimous nature nor able to understand the obsessive streak Pakhi is developing. I think Kamala has failed in raising both the girls; she could never instill the sense of belonging, trust, security and unconditional love in Kalpi. For Pakhi she failed to teach basic human values like respecting parents and neither tried to correct her obsessive behaviour

Good and bad are subjective interpretations that change with time, place and person...going by this we can't say Kamala is good and neetu is not? Both Kamala and Neetu are equally flawed no one is pure and flawless. Neetu may not be a goody good woman but who knows she might have pampered her daughter and given her an upbringing that fits her society but poor lady was left to compete with her maid which turned her EVEN MORE venomous. On the other end, Kalpi has become introvert, a vessel to fulfill her mother's dreams and forced to compete with some random at every point of life

Great post dreamyjennice. U brought up some good points. Whatever u mentioned is a good reason as to maybe why Prem just can't get phased when it comes to Kamla even though he keeps on hearing Paakhi praise her.

he's a pampered brat...and somewhere he detests kamlas hold over paakhi and her moms plight...but Still his character is not fully out in open...so I do have hopes fro him...

yupp and I think kalpi will very soon stop expecting her mom to not ignore her...she will give up that's sure...Abhi we hi she's started saying koi fayda nahi..kalpi...tu kabhi paalhi me barabar bhi nahi as sakti.. Poor kalpi...I feel like crying for her...

Ana di, this is a wonderful post. 👏 👏
its brilliant how you analysed Kamla's character. i knew that kamla is wrong, but i couldn't get the right words to say it, express myself and here comes your post...its like you are solving a mystery for me and i'm so happy that finally what i was thinking so hard about, its here.
Neetu is wicked but as you so rightly pointed out, she behaves well with her MIL and that sister in law who demanded meals all the time. she loves her kids immensely.
i have joined EMA post the leap so i don't really know to what extent kamla ma interfered in Neetu and Paakhi's lives but now, i'm shocked. 😲
how could she do all you said? she deprived Neetu of her own daughter, and that too her only daughter! i'm speechless after learning all she did. Poor Neetu! 😭 😭
plzzz Di, continue your analysis and keep enlighting us with your views. 😊 😊

thank mehr...this tht was bugging me so much..
Everyone says Neetu is evil...but I understand Neetu better..she's open...I don't say kamla is bAD and Neetu good...surely kamla has quite good characteristics of a strong women...whereas Neetu is weak but I think even after so much humiliation she does love her daughter...I like her...but am sorry...I just can't forgive kamla for two imp reasons simply because I am a mother too...

Excellent analysis di jaan 👏👏👏
Whtever but i believe sumwhr there is kamla's fault for messing neetu n pakhi's relation n for bitternesz of her own daughter..

& Guruji itself said that their destinies r interconnected to each other but Kalpi is the Queen Of Destiney 😳 so that means destiny choosed kalpi not pakhi.. & Kalpi will always 1st one to choose by destiny in all things 😳
Then may be in kamla thing, family thing, education, career, job or Raghav's life partner 😳 she was,she is n she will be the always 1st one to choose by destiny itself 😳 so dusre log kon hote kalpise kuch chhinane wale...at last sabki tai tai fiss honewali hai 😆..
Plzz countinue di..it is interesting to read ur analysis...😳
