Why did Kamla have to behave that way?

I still find no sense, in making kalpi feel bad and putting her in boarding school..

Kamla could have held her hand, hugged her, and could have said... "Yes, dear, I have forgiven you.." But you need to go and study in boarding school.. But that does not mean,.. I will forget you.. I will still Love You..!!

So simple.. it could have just been soo Beautiful.. And assured Kalpi.. Her mother loves her and not angry...

But... Kamla has weird logics... *Mujhe Kalpi ko Apne se dur karna hi hoga*...
NO Need!

Anyways.. I do hope Kalpi dislikes Kamla.. and does grow up to be Memsaahab.. High chances by marrying richie rich Raghav... But still... I am hoping all her respect is just for Vitthal and Pakya... who has been her total support...

Hi
Hope you don't me posting.
I agree Kamla is not a very convincing Mother towards Kalpi. Today's episode was very confusing. I thought she would try to hold on to both girls, but not only did she choose Paakhi she carried her to safety and never remembered Kalpi. It was Paakhi would remembered Kalpi first.

I understand her turmoil, because it is hard to take out someone's kid and not be able to explain why they drowned, it would be very very terrible to tell another Mother that. However, I just can't wrap my mind around the fact that she forgot about Kalpi, it was shocking, even though Kamla's behaviour up to this point has been seriously questionable.
I think Kamla has made her choice...it is Paakhi.

If Kalpi ends up hating her Mom, I would feel sad, but I will not judge her for it. There must be some limit to what a child must bare from their parents. Kamla has gone too far now, and even Vitthal is looking completed disgusted and very sad...I feel sorry for him, because he loves his wife and does not want to go against her, but at the same time Kalpi is suffering. He has even warned Kamla on several occasions about her relationship with Paakhi but she has totally ignored him.

Kamla is not understanding that Kalpi is not an adult, she is a child she will not in any form or shape be able to understand her Mother's intentions and why she is even leaving home.
I was completely upset when Paakhi pushed herself in the bus seat beside Kamla, so Kalpi could not sit there. Kamla could have nicely told Paakhi to sit in another seat, so she could spend some time with Kalpi who is leaving.

For crying out loud, she only breast fed Paakhi, she did not carry her in her womb for 9 months, what is this need for declaring this Motherhood?
So, she feeds a life, and want payment as Mother?
Neetu is not a nice lady, but I understand how she feels.
She made Kamla feed her baby expecting that is all it would be. It was not necessary for Kamla to develop this extreme attachment to someone else's child. Her extreme efforts, have made Paakhi feel closer to her. she should have kept within her limits.

Lots of women feed other women's babies with their milk. What is the point of developing this extreme attachment and this God given right over the baby. So, that means any woman who can't breastfeed, must let their baby die, for fear that the women who feeds the baby will assume the position of Mother?

Never once did I hear Kamla really try to make Paakhi bond with her Mother. She should have tried to bring them together, that would be Mahaan, not to declare her as her own daughter. She already has a daughter of her own. Paakhi no longer needs to be breastfed.

Just my two cents.

I agree with everything you said dear and would like to add in that ..Even though Neetu is not a nice lady and depended on Kamla to take care of Pakhi in the beginning ..But she was never ill towards Pakhi and always tells her she loves her and asks her how she is doing. So I dont get why Pakhi has such hatred for her mother when she really hasnt been one of those 'evil mothers' that Pakhi makes her out to be. I mean she was even worrying for her when she was at Kamlas house..if she didn't care for her or love her I am sure she would have been sleeping peacefully. I am not defending Neetus behavior but I dont think she deserves that kind of hate from Pakhi.

And today Kamla completely failed as mother and lost her own blood with her own two hands. No matter what attachment you have with another child but you never forget your blood. Extremely disturbing and sad to see that your mother has chosen someone else over you with no fault of yours especially at Kalpi's age whilst in a near death situation. So glad Kalpi confronted Kamla right there and then and didn't let it go.

Completely agreed with everything you said..

Neetu was not a terrible parent to Pakhi, I think it is Kamla's hands on type of parenting that makes Pakhi feels she is more loved by her. They have a problem with her Kitty Parties..and that she is not constantly hugging and swooning over Pakhi.
She is not perfect, but what is wrong with having a life besides being a parent? we are still individuals..Parents can't go out and have a life too?
Everyone, has a different style of parenting.
You are so right, Neetu could be worse. At least she is not choosing another kid over Pakhi like Kamla.

Kamla wants to be everything to everyone and that is not possible. She needs to work on her relationship with her own children and strive to make that the best she can.

Kamla's behaviour is really disturbing.

I used to absolutely love Kamla's character and right after she ratted on Raghav, my feelings for Kamla did a 180 turn. Since then this woman has been nothing but irritating. Mahaanta ki bhi hadh hoti hai. How dumb can a person get? I wonder if a person can be that selfless or is it a secret desire to be put on a pedastal that drives this woman to act the way she doesShe has become abnormal to a fault

Never in the history of our telly shows have I loved a character (Kamla in this case) so much in the beginning and then completely dislike the same character later. Kamla's actions have totally disgusted me to the core. Of course, this is my personal opinion and not everyone will agree.

I agree with what others have said here.

Her actions in yesterday's episode where she saved Pakhi and completely forgot about Kalpi was the LAST STRAW to break the camel's back and totally disgusted me. I have no problem that she saved Pakhi. But, she very conveniently forgot about Kalpi.

I dislike Neetu too. But, I can see her plight. I mean what the hell is/was Kamla thinking when she literally made Pookhi not live without her.

As a mother, Kamla is a COMPLETE FAILURE. Kalpi is just an object for Kamla and a ticket to live her unfulfilled dreams. So much for Kamla, her sanskaars, and her parenting. My foot.

What message is this show conveying? That a child of a maid can never become something in life until they are taken out of those surroundings. What kind of sensibility is this?

I totally dislike Vitthal too. He is simply spineless and a sorry excuse of a husband/father.

Useless parents (Kamla and Vitthal).

Madam my foot. I'm so over Kamla's obsession with making Kalpi a Madam.

MOST IMPORTANT: Mark my words. The day is not far when Kamla will make Kalpi sacrifice her love (Raghav) so that she can get Pakhi married to Raghav.

Only thing I don't want to see any love triangle in this show.. If the show has to focus on dreams and aspirations of a girl and her *so called* biological ... then be the focus.. instead of making this another Uttaran..!

Somewhere... if Again and again sahil said raghav was his elder son... means, pooki is his sister...
so please... now don't change the scenerio...😆😆😆😆😆
