Manvi fainting...

I think Manvi might faint after they leave Vadhera house, which will worry Virat and make him come back to the house. And he will have to come back if Manvi fainting ends up her being pregnant. If he is out looking for job then she won't have anyone to look after her. He will have to go back to Vadhera house so Jeevika and the family look after her as well as he might be forced to take the offer that Viren had recommended.

I think that Maanvi will faint and doc will give sm tests and when she will see in d report dat shez pregnant she'll b very happy bt she'll try 2 hide dat frm virat coz she will b in a dilemma, if she say this 2 virat will he b happy 4 d kid or sad??? since , it 'll make him realize dat hez not even financially viable 2 take up dis new responsibility nd start this new happy chapter of his life.
