I wonder if the cv's will ignore the fact bone marrow transplants cause infertility in 99.9% of patients due to the high levels of chemo involved. It will be so dumb if the cv'ss show Maanvi pregnant.

You can't have bone marrow transplant without having very high levels of chemo- it's impossible.

More realistically the cvs should show. ManvI and virats journey through infertility ivf and finally a baby (using a doner egg)I would have much more respect with that story. Infect the more I think about a pregnancy track the more angry it makes me. My cousin was 8 when she got leukaemia and had a bone marrow transfer. Now she is 27 and can't have kids. Her and her hubby are thinking about ivf. A pregnancy track just trivialises cancer and transplants. A JOKE.

I agree with a cancer survivor has about 1% chances of conceiving children as of chemotherapy the amount of chemo every cancer patients have is enough to make them infertile. I am talking through experience having cancer survivor and not survivor in the family. I would like Virman to go through IVF and other methods.

Okkie... Its true that anti cancer traeatment causes infertility... But its not 99%
Moreover mostly anticancer drugs cause ovarian failure in women
But with women less than age of 25 recieving chemo there is less chance of ovarian failure as their ovaries contain much more eggs than that of old age...
I am not excluding the fact that anticancer drugs causes fertility, just saying it to look it the way other...😃

You are right, infertility is indeed a major side effect of BMT ...but the show dwells on emotions rather than logic and medical procedures ...had they concentrated on Medical aspect ... Maanvi wouldn't be surviving 3 days without bone marrow or any stem cells in her body ..

Indian TV shows.. dwell on extreme Cinematic Liberties

showing IVF would be educative ..as infertility is the rising concern for everyone.. but this is a show of sisters.. they might show something like surrogacy or giving child to the other ... but the chances of touching something like IVF is minimal
