Maanvi sleeping and jeevika keeps looking at her promising herself that she will take care of her forever.
Dadaji and swamini having conversation abt informing everything to beeji. They call jeevika to discuss matters. Dadaji asks jeevika to call hrishikesh and inform.
Beeji calls jeevika and asks about maanvi's operation. Jeevika informs her about the hault in surgery and assures her that they will find a new donor for maanvi. Beeji is all shattered. Jeevika asks beeji to pray to 'Ganga maiya' for maanvi's recovery. Jeevika also asks beeji not to convey the facts to badi beeji.
Maanvi wakes up and sees virat sitting in front of her. She asks lovingly whether "you keep staring at me when I sleep like my bodyguard...mere salman?"
Virat says adoringly, " I will never leave my kareena"
