Since day1! Since day 1 this guyhas looked oh-so-hot! :D how does he do it?! Like, every actor has a bad hair day, terrible choice of clothing day or somethin like that.. But this guy has never had this kind of 'mare! He's like a dreaaam :D this is not just a fangirling post, it's stating the fact of how unreal Karan Tacker's hotness is.
