I don't understand her stubborn behavior towards Virat. The way he was pleading her today, I was sure she'd give in with a smile and say she'll help Virat get Manvi, but no. And then Badi Beeji's attitude towards Virat also bothered her. I wonder what's she's going to do to Viren WHEN he calls.

Because she's really concerned about where this may head and more than anything she is worried for Manvi.

Right now Manvi's health should be top priority and then everything else comes after and Jeevika wants to make sure that nothing goes wrong at this juncture because if there is any more drama then Manvi will be effected the most. Why else did Jeevika agree to take Manvi away from Chandigarh?

BUT I'm sure at the end of it, only J can help VM like Virat said today.

I don't think there is anything wrong with Jeevika. She is being a sister. She knows that Maanvi wants to keep her distance from Virat and Virat being there will not help that. She wants her sister's happiness, but she can't force Maanvi to accept Virat.

In my POV, Manvi's health IS the top priority for everybody right now and part of her treatment, infact most of it does lie in the hands of Virat. Not like Manvi hasn't been crying ever since she's fallen in love. She has drained the crap out of her and how is that helping? Jeevika will only help if she herself is convinced how stongly they feel for each other and that she's the one who can help bring their love and their families, together. Right now, she seems to just be..so against everything. Not even supporting her husband.

But she also saw how the Wadheras reacted when they found out about Virat's love for Manvi and she also saw the effect it had on Manvi. Right now even if Jeevika does support VM, she still doesn't know how the wadheras will react and at the end of it, Manvi will suffer because there's no way she would go ahead with her relationship with Virat if their families don't allow it so who suffers again? Manvi.

But she doesn't know what happened after she left the Mansion for Hrishikesh. She does not know how Virat took a step for himself and announced his trip to Hrish infront of the entire family. She is unaware of the fact how most of his family members are now supportive of his decision and even DadaJee is willingly giving him a chance.
