In the last episode, Rishi told the judge that he witnessed the rape, however he did not do anything about it, except allowing Payal to abscond that night. But they never showed him being punished. I guess they didn't show it as it was a rushed episode. Anyway at least Payal and Rishi were not paired up, just for the sake of a 'happy ending'. But was Rishi still punished? If so, do you think he deserved to be punished? I do, because he still observed Payal being molested by Shaurya and his other friend, but because he was a coward, he did nothing but just let her escape.
