Howdy eht members!
I have been following this serial right from the start and I m highly disappointed with this expected - cliche -abrupt end

The main reason I was addicted to the show was because of its unpredictability and cut through plans where they just focus on the story rather than the much hyped romance which the other shows show ,
I was really enthralled with the way Durga used to do the plotting and planning ,her initial execution of the plans was remarkable , I used to literally fan girl about the efficiency and effectiveness of the plans ,the plan B 's were my favourites as they used to show the how well Durga is prepared to go all - hades on her enemies .

The first meeting of Durga with goenkas ,and her confidence was enough to keep me enraptured throughout the show , Dr Dayal was one of my favourite , I used to love the way he use to support Durga and his constant reminders to Durga about completing her revenge was awesome

But then then then
Enters Dev I was happy that ok dude we have a lead too , but I wasnt expecting him to go all Mr -saving -the Damsel - in - distress ,
The cvs killed the X factor by trying to show Dev heroic , I never wanted this !!
Durga was and is capable both mentally and I am sure physically too to handle the son of devil - Shaurya

The fact that Dev would the one who will save Durga will highlight his heroic gesture but what about the thirst of revenge that Durga has/ ( Inow think Had) to get justice for her sister .

The assertiveness and will power which Durga had initially to seek revenge faded in the limelight of ' romance ' I m not against the bonding time which Dev and Durga have but I m against the fact that cvs shifted their focus on their love story ,

They turned the very X factor of the show to no factor ,

I thought after Dayals death Durga will emerge out as a more powerful character , I don't want her to scream for Dev to help her out ,
The cvs first highlighted her as the epitome of strength and will power and now they are betraying the viewers by showing Durga weak

The cvs are forgetting their own initial stated facts ,Durga evaded Shaurya efficiently in the past ,it was not that she wasn't aware of his ill sicko personality ,

But this sudden shift to make Dev look all heroic is against the theme of the show ,
I do not want to know ,how much Dev love Durga
I want to know
And out sakshi's past
About rajnath's past
Why he killed Arnab
How nitya met Dayal
and more more and more

Durga should be more worried about her sister rather than worrying about kangana and her love life , she should trace down more info about sakshi and raj's past ,

I admired Durga for her self confidence and immense strength I m against the track where Durga needs Deve support to fight back her very own mission ,

I want Dev to take a back seat , and let Durga drive in the sea of her avenge and anger

Why on the earth Durga is trying to become the sarvasampanna Bahu of the year , she didn't enter the mansion to play a dutiful daughter in law or a concern nanad

My rant will go on and on

I think the cvs forget the title of the show , it is oriented for a fight , revenge ,avenge , thrill ,vanity , pride not about the swoon worthy romance

We all are in same boat.
I absolutely agree with you.

Sakshi's entire past, Rajnath-Arnab youth and past, strange liason between Raj, Sakshi, Raima, Jatin, Nitya's parents and their relationship with Goenkas as employees and their daughters, proceedings of case, death of Nitya's parents, truth of real Durga Thakur, mystery of Dayal's guilt over her death, takedown of other villains etc, all is left and CVs are busy showing gibberish.

Durga is not what she was to begin with. No confidence of that sort.

I have been watching it for actors who play villains. Though their characters got half baked too. But it is their fate that interests me now. Not Durga. The fact that she or her lover often won by idiotic plans and miracles than merit makes them even less attractive.

Durga was a step ahead earlier. Now...no words.

At the end of the day it ended with a whimper. EHT is fizzling out.

Nice post 👏 aptly presented the decline of what EHT was initially promised to be , specially durga's character has been so much butchered off , all for the one guy , whom we call as" Sone ki dibbiya" and his locket drama .
How can they just do away with such an important character like dayal 😕 I do hope the key which sakshi took in the precap is actually the key to his past . i dont mind if she plans to use it against durga , who is relying on lucks and charms nowadays . I would rather have durga face the criminals in a much more strategic way .
