It is not that Shaurya is not losing hope as much as in his supreme arrogance he refuses to believe the truth and is in denial that the "Great Shaurya Goenka" can be handicapped because he IS the "Great Shaurya Goenka"
Expecting Shaurya to change is like ... The sun rising from the west...it will never happen.
I think this latest obsession of his after that journo questioned his manhood is going to lead to another jhatka or some sort of embarrassment for him...maybe he really will try to bed a woman in this state and fall flat...and come down to Earth for a bit. But even that change won't be permanent.
