Will durga be jailed?

Guys do you think durga could be jailed for faking identity especially if sakshi finds out she is nitya

Faking identity is a crime by law...but this is a show so she will get away with it.

How she could? As Dayal own father of real Durga is on Nithya's side... If Dayal won't support Sakshi could not put case her. On what basis Sakshi put a case against Durga?

I dont think so, when the truth of Goenkas will be revealed with evidence then everyone will be in support of Nitya/Durga and Payal, and they would understand them and step taken by Dayal of giving her a new identity to bring the truth out to everyone

By then Saxi in jail (hopefully) with Rajnath& shaurya & still giving her bhashan-See i told you raj that durga was always not what she seems!!!😆

Being father doesnt mean you can adopt another girl and give you daughter's identity to her. Dayal himself will lose his medical degree. Btw anyone can file a case in court. Its not that only one who is related to the case can do it. Its called PIL. Public interest litigation

Durga has many illegal activities to her credit. Faking identity, spying on others. I think she can be jailed. But CVs have habit of twisting laws so I don't expect authenticity. Even Dayal can be jailed as an accomplice.
