Exactly my question too. What freedom Durga can hope to get by getting married to Shourya. She will always be under the watchful eye of Sakshi. Shourya, once having got his way, would only start planning to get rid of her. Durga cant even freely discuss her plans with Dr.Thakur and Akash.
I also cant understand how Dr.Thakur got convinced that she should marry Shourya and live in Goenka's mansion. He was worried when Sakshi took Durga with her on an outing. How can he be at peace when she stays Sakshi all the time with no one to support her. She can hardly expect any kind of support from Suchitra, Dev or Kanga if the Goenkas try to harm in any way.
What more evidence can she gather as a member of Goenka house when she cant do anything with the evidence she already collected.
Dr.Thakur and Durga cant even tolerate the thoughts of Shourya, How can they expect that she can be safe from him once she is married to him?
I really hope Shourya becomes the runs away from his wedding and come back with some lame story. He does not want to get married to Durga and his bet would hardly be a bet if he gets married to her.
