Durga is too desi to pass off as US educated. Sakshi has better firang accent than her! I wonder why no one has noticed how plain and non NRI, non highly educated type Durga is.

@ chitra...agree with you...on the issue of accent. Can't say about other characters but Durga seems to have spent a big chunk of her life in US and still lacks it...no offence against Sanjeeda..but the way she speaks English really pricks in my ears like needle.. At least, here more home work was needed from the actor and CVs

About the fake accent: I don't understand how they begin with an idea. One ladka casted, One ladki bhi casted, chalo shuru karo jo bhi aata hai tum dono ko. Why don't they take some time to get into the characters? A few days back, I was watching the making of Lagaan. My god, the makers took so much of pain to create the atmosphere of pre-independence era. The accent and the village life and also the body language made us believe everything as if it was no fiction but a page from the history.

Gandhi's Be Indian, Buy Indian thought ko to jaan se mar dala. Now it is high living and simple rather low thinking.😆

I know that but thanks for pointing it out. . The idea of showing NRIs is all about showcasing a handful of privileged men and women who live a luxurious life, isn't it ? I am talking generally about European countries because they too are very much popular names in India. Makers as if are hooked to the word USA and use it more than it is needed.

It seems like all these countries are in bajoo wali gali... that u jump a wall & reach there... It actually makes me laugh so hard... only few shows have shown the real sight of how these countries look in their shoots.like Bade Achhe, Saathiya, Rab se sona ishq, Ye rishta etc... all is so fake & unreal... India me bi km jagah ni hn ghoomne ki... ki Foreign countries k naam pe jhunjhuna pakda dete hn hme...

u mean d famous sharp international shooter who shaurya appointed to shoot dev n dev's 40rs locket wasted shaurya's 40 lacs ? 😆 I think in a episode shaurya done research n mentioned she is famous russian sharp shooter n international criminal wanted in many countries n takes high profile cases n no one get escape death frm her bullet n till now she is not caught 😆
