No no Divya is Bagchi's daughter who was a witness in the rape case. Both the father and the daughter refused to bow down in the front of the Goenkas like other witnesses. NItya is Durga who met with an accident and was rescused by the Dr. Dayal who not only gave her a new face but also a new identity as his own daughter" Durga"
I am also confused how come Divya is missing from 2 years and neither Durga or Sakshi is aware of her whereabouts. The Goenkas kidnapped them to stop baghch hten what happened ?

I think Divya was Payal's friend who saw the four doing the crime and Baghchi is her father. Durga is actually no one to Bagchi but as they stood for her inspite of all odds she wants to rescue them at any cost. Besides, she is using bagchi to mentally torture the Goenkas, especially Shaurya. It is her duty to keep them protected.
Sakshi senses danger in Durga. Her senses are further disturbed when she realises Baghchi is pretending to be blind even after being operated.( Durga made shaurya pay for the eye operation ) She therefore wants to bring Divya in hte picture to see how the old man reacts when he sees his daughter after 2 long years. Besides, she also needs to know about how Durga is connected to the whole " rape case" issue.

Sakshi is actually a good manipulator. she could have done wonders if they used her brain the right way. Her son in that comparison is a complete moron packed in a wonderful and costly wrapping paper called" Goenka"
