Dayal definitely seems to have a grudge with the Goenka's.

He must have a good reason besides helping a girl he nearly ran over and saved and had her face changed.

Durga lost both her parents ,I think at the hands of the Goenka's.

Durga had to have a rich and powerful backer for her to even come close to the Goenka's to start her revenge.

There has to be many more helping Durga and Dayal because it will not be easy to fool the powerful and cunning Goenka's just by themselves.
