Prologue

She inhaled deeply as the black satin piece of cloth slipped down from her eyes...her eyes still closed and a beautiful smile lifted on her face as a whisper reached her ear... Open your eyes...'

She squeezed her eyelids taking a deep breath to calm down the fluttery feelings inside before opening her eyes slowly... And a gasp let out from her mouth as her eyes captured the view in front... It was her favorite place...lake on the outskirts of Delhi...But the thing left her in awe was the ambiance around... The surrounding was blanketed in the calm evening glow...faded mishmash of orange and pink and it's reflection on still surface of the water...a peaceful silence...and at some distance there was a gazebo...white curtains hanging around it and she could see the lanterns everywhere giving the blissful feel to the surrounding... Ruffling the stillness of water a cool breeze traveled touching her silky locks and she shivered... Omg!!!' A shrill sound of surprise muffled against her palms as she turn around in ecstasy... "Yeh sab...you did this..." She couldn't hold back her feelings and ran towards him noticing that smile on his face...she always craved for... Her hands wrapped around his neck and his hands found its way around her waist as he twirled her and her laughter filled in the surrounding...

"It's so beautiful" She breathed as he made her stand on her feet... But her forehead creased as he didn't react and kept looking at her...before she could ask anything he grabbed her wrist and walked towards the gazebo and again she left in awe... There a table for two was set and a bunch of her favorite tulips placed in the centre... Her eyes traveled around as the soft music filled in the surrounding with the wave of cool breeze... She turned and her gaze met with his...seeking something...something that was her heart's desire...and her insides fluttered as he stepped toward her...both of his hands shoved in his jeans pockets and a small smile lingered on his lips... Her gaze stilled on his face and she blinked twice as he kneeled in front of her with a ring in his hand... Her eyes widened and she covered her mouth with her palms...

"I know Sumo, I made you wait for a long..." His words reached her ears and her heart skipped a beat, "But today I want to tell you what I feel...what I desire...I want to tell you how much I have missed you...tum pas nahi thi par main har pal tumhe mehsoos karta tha...har pal har waqt har jagah bas tumhe hi dekhta tha...tumhe dur toh kar diya tha khud se...par uske bad yeh ehsaas hua ke main tumhe bhul nahi sakta...aur na hi bhulna chahta...tum sirf meri ho...main tumhe jindagi bhar pyaar karunga...I wish I could tell you how much I love you...I love you very very very much Sumo...will you marry me? Inhaling deeply she closed her eyes...feeling his each word... "Yes...Shravan..." words slipped out of her mouth and her forehead creased...

A loud banging sound reached her ears and she opened her eyes, "Umm..." flabbergasted she looked around, "Uff...phirse sapna tha Sumo..." she smacked on her forehead and rolled down the window of her car

"Arey madam agar aapke din me sapne dekh ke ho gaye ho toh kya aap meharbaani karke raaste se hatengi..." A traffic police asked and her face cringed hearing loud horns and shouting from behind. "Sorry" mumbling she started her car, "Stupid Sumo...dekh aur sapne dekh...din me sapne dekhegi toh yehi hoga..." scolding herself she gave an apologetic look to the policeman and zoomed away...

"Bhaiyaa..." A yelling traveled inside as the door of the room pushed open, shaking his head he glanced towards the intruder before shifting his attention back to the file in his hand.

"Bhaiyaa, you know what?" He didn't bother to look up and just hummed in response.

"Bhaiyaa, aap meri baat sunoge..."

"Haan chotte, sun toh raha hu, bolo" he said not diverting his attention from the file

"Aap bhi na Shravan Bhaiyaa..."

"Pushkar..." he yelled as Pushkar snatched the file from his hand

"Aap pehle meri baat suno...it's important" Pushkar said holding the file behind

"Hmm..." he sighed, "Bolo...kya baat hai" he asked looking suspiciously at Pushkar, "You are looking excited, what's the matter Chotte?"

"Yes...I am excited Bhaiyaa...yeh feeling hi aisi hai...so much exciting..." Pushkar said dreamily

"What? Yeh kya ladkiyon ki tarah baatein karne lage tum...?" Shravan asked narrowing his eyes

"Ohh Bhaiyaa..." placing the file aside Pushkar slumped beside him, "I think I am in love..."

"LOVE...!!!" Shravan asked shockingly, "Are you crazy, kaisi baatein kar rahe ho..."

"Yes I am crazy...pyaar mein aisa hi hota hai..." He said and straightening up settled in front of Shravan "You know Bhaiyaa...you are wrong about this all love matters, Pyaar bas ho jata hai, you can't control this feeling...jab aapko yeh ehsaas hoga na tab aap samjhoge..."

"No way Chotte, I don't have time for this all stuff and you too stay away from this, yeh sab stupid stuff ladkiyon ko hi suit karta hai...jinki duniya sapno se hi shuru hoti hai aur sapno me hi khatam..." he shook his head

"Bhaiyaaa..." Pushkar looked at him mischievously, "Why I am getting this feeling that you are thinking about Sumo..."

"Chotte, I am not thinking about that stupid girl, I am talking about those girls who never use their brain and believe in illogical things...and she belongs to that category..." Shravan explained his point and leaned to take the file while Pushkar shook his head listening his logic

"And what are the other categories?" after thinking for a moment Pushkar queried

"Hmm..." he pressed his lips flipping the pages, "Other one is, girls who uses their brain more than its limit..."

"Ohh...you mean that Urvashi, who always worked hard to show how intelligent she is than anyone else..."

Shravan sighed closing the file, "Chotte, you have better things to do than wasting your time...concentrate in your studies, final year hai...you better be think about your career..."

Pushkar looked at him curiously ignoring his advice, "Waise Bhaiyaa...which category you preferred?"

Shravan looked up but before he could say anything a voice from door interrupted them, "Shravan..." Nirmala Malhotra seemed pissed off, "From where this all come in your mind and you still think that Suman is immature..."

"Mom, I can't help it...you will see, still she must..." he started but Nirmala interrupted him

"Bas, I don't want to listen any of your logical thinking" She said stepping inside the room, "I guess there is a problem with your brain"

Pushkar suppressed his giggles as Shravan glared at him, "Badi Maa, actually there is a problem with his heart too..." he commented and jumped off before Shravan could get hold of him

Nirmala laughed as Pushkar hide behind her, "Acha main Tiwari killa ja rai hu, Suman aa rahi hai aaj...and for your information she has completed her MBA successfully" Nirmala informed before walking out of the room

"Wow Bhaiyaa Sumo is back..." Pushkar beamed as again he slumped beside Shravan

"So? What is exciting in that?" he asked uninterested while Pushkar smiled inwardly

"Okay, aap baitho aur apna kam karo , mujhe toh milna hai Sumo se, whole five years now...everyone forced her to come back but she didn't even come in vacations" He said and waited for Shravan's reaction but Shravan didn't bother to say a word and again kept himself busy with file. Pushkar sighed and stepped down

"No need to go anywhere Chotte" Shravan said and Pushkar turned back from the door, "You'll get your answer in some time" he replied to Pushkar's questioning gaze

"What do you mean?" he asked confused walking inside

"She is Sumo and she will never change" he said nonchalantly and Pushkar smiled

"Hmm...so confident Bhaiyaa..."

"Yes...because it's logic and my logic never fails" Shravan said getting up, "Now come we have lot other things to do rather than gossiping like girls..." he patted on Pushkar's shoulder before walking out of the room...
