Well seeing the flood of posts on this forum I am not even sure If I should make another one but the 'kaaand' cvs have done last night, I cant prevent myself from not making it 😆 So people here are my two cents over what I concluded and udnerstood after some twitter chat sessions and 100s of posts here.
POINT 1: Shravan was absolutely WRONG in doing this to his friend, his love, Sumo. (And thats what I meant in my last post, that all those saying Shravan gave a befitting reply to Aditya, please stop!)
No one of us can defend him here, as I said in earlier post. And it honestly makes me so so sad and hurt. Shravan in his fit of anger not even once thought about the consequences his action will have in Sumo's married life. He didnt think that if he hurt Aditya and Nirmala he will ultimately hurt Sumo only. He didnt even think that there were chances Aditya could have broken the alliance and made everything public in front of Malhotras/Tiwaris. And at that time she would be left with no words in her mouth. At that time all fingers would be put on her and nanu being the fragile hearted-man he is might not be able to tolerate that. Coz lets be real people even today pre-marital sex is not as casual for elderly people/society as we know it should be. And most of it, Shravan NEVER even thought that what if this revelation made Aditya turn a sadist and a vengeful man. In two days Sumo was going to Mumbai where Shravan wont be there to protect her. What if Aditya tortured her or hurt her when Shravan was not around. Shravan did not think about anything.
And last but not the least, Shravan so didnt think that he actually invited such unexpected response from Aditya towards Sumo/Tiwaris after this revelation especially because of the nature of secrecy/curiosity that has been maintained with Shravan-Sumo's relation till now. Coming straight about a closed past relationship (irrespective of whether it involved pre-marital sex or not) is pretty acceptable. But here, Sumo has always been touchy about this subject. Shravan has always told he was betrayed in a relationship. Now the revelation of this "doing everything" "hidden" from the society DOES NOT sound as casual as the former. A person(who is not as wicked as Aditya) might not mind the former but will surely be hurt by the later because the "secrecy" does imply something still left in that relationship. And its this "secrecy" only that made Aditya to believe that their equation is still open-ended.
2. Shravan DID NOT INTEND to character assassinate or malign Sumo's name
Well this is slightly controversial here. 😆 If Shravan says that he and Sumo slept together it does sound so scandalous. But lets assume if he said he and Sumo loved each other and meant everything to one another. It wont sound so scandalous, right? And the reason for that is that in our society pre-marital sex is considered a taboo. If a girl loves someone before marriage it is something as casual as being alive but if she had sex it becomes a sort of a disease. Why in the world we even put our women on such pedestal? Even they are humans. Lets assume ShraMan really "did it" then I am sure it won't sound as bad as it sounds now. You know why because then Shravan's only fault would be his lie, his opening of their sexual secrets without her consent. But now his fault seems to be both his lie and his alleged character attack on Sumo. And its so so wrong to think it that way. Even if Sumo and Shravan were in a relationship and they did it, that doesnt make her any less worthy of Aditya. In any way. And probably here I can see the WAY Shravan thinks of her...for him it nowhere looked he thought of this as a charachter assassination of her (which he can never do) and there he is so RIGHT in his perspective as a man. Which ironically so makes him the anti-thesis of Ramnath and Aditya in a way. Its strange it took even me so many discussions to realzie this. But atleast now I know Shravan wasnt wrong here. Thanks to the people who helped seeing light.
So at the end I can only say people that YES, Shravan Malhotra has been butchered, somehow he cant be repaired to the man he was before this incident. But as much as his harm on Sumo and her image cant be justified I cant say his statements were Sumo's character assassination. We are so on the wrong track if we think it that way. Rest lets keep calm and watch If CVs can make us love him back once again, the same way. 😳
