Meaning he will torture himself and her also bcos if he is feeling pain over this then she should also feel pain(for not realizing what is right in front of her)..and they will have lot of scenes together and finally outburst from Shravan..

😆 I cant think of anything else unless nanu's condition worsens and he demands Shraman to be together with him and also asks Shravan to look after Sumo's marriage preparations..
