Am sorry to say but Shravan is not disrespecting sumo or her dignity her self respect. IT WAS a reaction when sumo was not giving him a chance to confess his love. He was constantly trying and from there these fights are started. "garbage" ?really?? He had always tried to genuinely help her, He can't see her in problems ,in pain. Just look at today's last scene ,when He feels that Sumo might have told Adi for PCT problems, He is not shown jealous but think may be she is feeling burdened and comes directly to her and just look at his eyes and his voice tone-how much he is genuine.

Adi is a cool boy. And his helps have good intentions always.

But Adi and Shravan are two completely opposite characters. Adi is happy go lucky guy while Shravan is emotional and whatever he does, He does it giving his heart deeply in it. So they are not comparable.

P.S. I don't have any hard fanatic intentions to say it. I just shared my views. So you can disagree or agree.
