As Nikita is in hospital & not yet discharged CVS have option to send Sumo to America on urgent basis to take care of her cousin Any as he is shown extremely unwell & Mama Mami can't go due to Preeti Marriage...

They can show shravan missing Sumo... Nirmala's comes for marriage & Aditya, Nirmala's confrontation.

At least sumo will shown absent in melodrama & will not be accused..

Meanwhile sumo ka memory box shravan ko mil jaye in her absence...

I think anuj was shown unwell since they dont wantanother character.in the pic right now... Anuj was shown.unwell when.niki was still shooting...

I guess since mami.is planning to go to usa she.will be taking about sumo's marriage and.aditya being the.chipku.and speedy he is he will tell his mom to talk to sumo's family or he.will propose himself..
