I will start the story from Sangeet ceremony...
Tiwari's, Mallhotra's and guest, all were present in the Swagath Banquet Hall.
Shravan eyes kept on looking for Sumo...and the venue looked beautiful... The decorations which Sumo had mentioned looked great...
suddenly he saw her running around trying to make sure all the arrangements were finished.
And he realized she looked great...she looked like a beautiful white angel... and he thought my angel...
Sumo felt his presence and turned... Dabbu pulled Shravan hand and said you look like groom.. are you too getting married ?? Shravan bent to his level and said of course I will but only after you and started smiling...
Sumo watched him and murmered... you are looking so handsome today.. well you look handsome everyday ... She felt lighter when she saw him smiling and it made her smile and then she noticed how happy Pushkar and Preethi are...
Shravan felt her gaze and looked up... and found her looking at preethi and pushkar and smiling...
He was happy but disappointed too.. he just wanted one glance from her but she did not look at him.. and he asked himself... are you really mine??
Everybody went inside and then the Sangeet function started...
Nanu and dabbu danced first on party tho banti hain song..
After that Vandy and Varun started their performance on baby to base pasand hain...
Nanu came down and sat with Ramnath.
Nanu mentioned that Ramnath should also dance...
Ramnath said ofcourse he will.. father and son can dance ...
Nanu said yeah ... Shravan is dancing with Suman too... let's hope his leg does not break...
Ramnath was stunned... he excused himself and called one of his friends and then started looking for Shravan...
He told Shravan that his friend was not able to find the venue and he is waiting at our home.. Can he go and pick him up...
Shravan said he will send Varun bhaiya... Ramnath said this friend is also a important client and thus he wants him to go..
Shravan mentioned that he has to dance with Suman and they are next...
Ramnath said he will inform Suman and she can wait for him to be back, you go ahead...
Shravan agreed and left reluctantly...
Suman was looking for Shravan when Preetha called her to do a final check on the dinner preparations.. Suman told the DJ to schedule her dance later and left with Preetha...Suman checked dinner preparations and said everything is fine and asked her to serve dry fruits to the guest with the snacks and soft drinks...Preetha went inside the store room to get the dry fruits
Suman was reluctant but at last decided to call shravan and check where he was so that they can perform next...
While she was dialling Shravan number Ramnath confronted her...
She asked him did he need anything... He said I heard you are dancing with Shravan.. she said yes...
Ramnath wasn't pleased .. he told her Shravan had some work and left, so he wont be able to dance with her... I have found another partner for you to dance...
Suman said its not needed.. I will manage .. Thanks Uncle for informing me...
She was leaving silently when Ramnath shouted ...I told you to stay away from my son and you promised.. then why are you doing this... You will dance with this other guy or else you know what will happen...Stay away from my son or else I will break this marriage alliance...
Suman stopped.. turned and looked at him... Ramnath left ...
She stood like a statue and then slowly her silent tears started falling...
She remembered her dance practice... and said I am sorry Shravan... I never wanted to hurt you but family comes first...
She felt a hand on her shoulder and was completely shocked...hastly wiped her tears and turned and saw Preetha standing with tears in her eyes...
Preetha hugged her and said... now you cry I am there for you... ...
Suman somehow found an anchor for those few seconds.. minutes...and cried to her heart content.. She told her how much she loves Shravan and cannot live without him...
She told her that how the first and last thing on her mind is always Shravan... from the day she had met him... She asked Preetha what do you do when the reason for your existence cannot be in your life... she asked how will she again and again see him and still not see him... what should i do Preetha... ???
Preetha kept on holding her and cried with her.. shared her pain.. felt her pain...
Preetha said ...You are strong ... now cheer up.. wipe your tears.. refresh your makeup and go do your duty.. You said family comes first...
Suman said yes... family comes first.. lets go back to the function... she silently looked at Preetha and smiled through her pain...
Suman went back to the main hall ...
Suddenly a guy stopped her and said hi, you must be Suman.. Aditya here, Ramnath uncle told me you are sort of partner..
Suman said yes and went and told the dj that she is ready to perfrom next and announce that Suman and Shravan.. sorry Suman and Aditya will do the next dance performance... still it took some time for and they were called on stage after 45 minutes...
She went with Aditya on stage to perform ..
Kamini was stunned and Kamini looked for Shravan and found him missing .. She was not pleased that her plan flopped..Then she looked at Ramnath and saw him smirking and realized somehow Ramanth came to know about the dance performance and made sure Shravan was not present here..
Kamini was not defeated ...hmmm.. bhai saab this round you won... next will be mine...
the dance performance started and Ramnath kept on checking if shravan is back ...he called shravan and shravan sent a message that he will be there in few minutes...
When the dance performance was going to end...Shravan came with his father's friend...
He saw Suman performing on the stage with someone else...
He was shocked, sad and simply looked at her and then silently took his father's friend to where Ramnath was sitting...
Nanu said.. arey Shravan .. you missed your performance...
Shravan gave a sad smile... and said he was scared of breaking his legs so decided to skip it...
Suman saw Shravan when the dance ended and was completely shocked... She realized Ramnath uncle lied to her... She remembered the prom and how she had not danced with him and how much it had hurt him and still he carried that pain...
She felt his pain... but saw him clapping with everyone on her performance and also smiling broadly.. she couldn't smile, she felt as if not shravan but her heart has broken... she felt his pain and cursed herself for hurting him and silently left the stage...
Ramnath kept on looking at his son while talking to his friend.. He was expecting Shravan to be angry with Suman but found him to be quite relaxed and silently seriously talking to Nanu...
Then he saw his son looking at Suman with contempt and smiled... yes, my plan worked.. it always work...
Shravan looked at Suman and then hardened his heart and then murmered to himself... Its payback time...
