Suman is being too adamant. This attitude will convince Shravan that whatever his father says is correct and he will break off from Suman.

As per the precap Pushkar will either convince Shravan or Suman because when Shravan said dekhta hoon Suman ki kaise chalti hai, he was looking stunned.

She is being like that on purpose .. so that he backs off .. she knows what he hates in woman so .. but destiny will again push them together .

edit : i meant her being indifferent and distant .. as far as wedding goes she is doing all she can

First of all they are on a tight budget.. She has to be adamant and cannot dance according to kamini's unwanted demands... Shravan on the other hand he is more interested in testing sumo( thanks to ramu kaka😡) than thinking why she.is being so adamant... He is trying to prove iw dad's pov wrong by imposing his suggestions which is working in the wrong way... He should understand tha.tiwaris cannot afford to do samgeet and shaadi in a 5star hotel... Sumo is even.risking pct fo the.dimwit's marriage...

It's simple. She's on a shoestring budget. Shravan I think is being unrealistic here. ..Doesn't he know their family and their economic condition well?

I agree that Suman's self respect thingy is being reiterated to the point of being irritating...but I can also see where she's coming from. Time for Shravan to take a leap of faith...understand the reasons behind her attitude and that she's not a miniature Nirmala. Otherwise his love confession will be immaterial because he doesn't understand her well at all.

Usko nahi dikhta ke uski family road pe aa jayegi after this wedding!

Sumo, I understand you have a deal with the devil, no need to kill shravan with each targeted action... there are other ways.

whatecer suman is doing is very right and fully justified and i dont think she is ziddi or adamant

and really accoring to our traditions girls family is considred a host and male as guest so host will do their best to keep guest happy ad this is what she is doing. it was shown with her conversation with preeta

and whatever they will do it will not be sufficient for chachi ji even if they arrange five star hotel she will find anyother loopholes becoz she hates their middle class status and which cant be changed

Its ridiculous! I would think that all educated, progressive and intelligent young men would shun all these useless grandeur in weddings which put so much pressure on the girl's family. they should be the ones stepping up and refusing to have such lavish weddings by demand. how can u demand a lavish wedding? if the girl's family wants to do it, thats their prerogative. no educated people can demand this, and if they do its a form of dowry demanding. we know what kamini is like, but pushkar and above all shravan! what is wrong with them? and if the CVs are trying to promote gender equality by showing an independant woman, then a worthwhile hero should also support gender equality by not making, rather proactively preventing such insane demands, which give rise to bias against daughters in the first place. didnt expect this of shravan. london mein yehi seekha kya?

AGree with every word you said...

One thing I wanted to clear here is why did Kamini merge their rasam of engagement (sagai) with the tilak?

They should have allowed girl side ritual tilak to be conducted according their wish and they should have had a separate engagement event on some other day and the Malhotra's should have spent for that. So that it would not put financial pressure on Tiwaris!

WHy cannot these guys Sravan and Pushkar come up with this idea. SO they can have their events in 5 star hotel.

So according to this Malhotra's will never spend money on their sons wedding as all is the responsibility of girls side! Because they have only sons...
