I agree with you that we aren't going to get confession anytime soon but atleast CVS can let these two idiots have an open convo atleast . Sorry for rambling typing from my phone 😆

Oh! they often have convo with each other... where again these two idiots open more wounds rather than solving them. But, i guess thats the beauty of their relationship... they clam up, they rant and at times, are quite rude with each other... yet, see when time arises, without a moment's thought they are back again doing what they do best... love each other unconditionally.
As much as Sumo loves her mother, this six-footer loves his dad. If Sumo's mother is connected with her dream and passion, Shravan's father is connected with his very identity. His whole life has been dominated by a narrative in which the father had stayed where all had left him to fend for himself. His father is his truth as Sumo's mother constitutes her truth. In itself, both are right.
But, if Sumo's mother was proved innocent through the Khosla case, Shravan's dad has been found to be wanting. But, he as yet doesnt know of it
So, till the time his father's truth is not out in the open.. there would be problems. But, as you have seen, in spite of all this SM still goes to Sumo either unconsciously (cancelling Chandigarh trip) or consciously (London trip during Khosla case)
His eyes never leave Sumo... they are only meant to see Sumo (case in point.. Sumo being rushed to the hospital by SM because he was constantly looking out for her through his rear view mirror)
So, despite his father's or Chachi's selfish intentions... these two are going to stick around for each other.. albeit they will fight but now with a difference.. as I have already stated

Haha...Benna as per my reading and our wonderful trio 😉...
Confession would be the end game. Though stories can often be changed, as of now this is where is it headed.
And dont you worry, you will see lots of "ahem, ahem" before the confession ever happens. And which by the way will be more fun
Theirs is a classic fairy tale story... they lived happily ever after wala types😆
So, before the ever after happens.. .these two who anyways have a propensity to make things difficult for themselves.. will be involved in what we have been imagining for the past few episodes😉

No wonder the writers playing with one step back one step forward tricks 😆

These two just staring at each other gives us enough to drool over am rewatching the Khosla track in dreamland

Yes I rather have a sensible script with a proper ending rather than x y z episodes of rubbish that not just eats away the beauty of the story but I think these actors too loose their motivation to do excellent work 😉

Word , I don't want any thing forced just bec fans are demanding it , I love angst the hide and seek of two lovers from thr emotions , can't stay together but can't stay away either 😆 , these two are magnets no matter which directions they will be heading they both will be pulled towards each other . I am so ready for the frustration in Indranis words physical ahem ahem 😳 , pulling away but getting more close in that process . I somehow have the feeling that pushki is a ticking time bomb I love them they are Adorbs but thr Rajdahani express is scaring the crap outta me 😕 I am at work so can't answer in detail 😆

Personally, dont think a confession will help right now.. coz after confession if Shravan wont man up / take stand for love / behave. Then it will be such a character downslope for Shravan which i dont want... so i hope whatever they show its logical

Agree with everything you and eeshaal have said in your discussion Indrani. The most enthralling one for me was when he told his father he had an inclination something wrong was going to happen and the way he kept on looking out to see if she was fine standing on the road side - case in point he could have easily driven away and not seen the accident as the light had turned green but his heart didn't let him do that.

One thing I don't understand - why does everyone here believe confession is the end game? Really, that is the starting or is it because the Indian audiences are not used to anything beyond confession/ marriage - it's not happily ever after, it's constant work. Have any of you ever watched one tree hill? It's one of my fav shows ever - I watched every single episode glued to the tv. Though I started watching that show for Lucas and Peyton - what made me go back to it again and again was nathan and Haley. They confessed in season 2 and were married but what they showed after was growth in their relationship, themselves and how they dealt with their internal demons together. I was expecting edkv to have a similar growth graph but may be its too much to expect from an Indian show mainly because the audience will not see beyond confession here - we are too built on happily ever after feels from Bollywood to think there could be a story after 😊

Benna, Eshaal.. yes, thats why the writers are taking it slow... because the journey to confession is the most difficult one in their case. As of now, the writers havent changed their storyline because of rising fans pressure... and being a finite series.. I guess they will follow their own narrative logic. And which is good as the characters's growth shall be consistent as well. Dont worry, Preekar will be another of Destiny's props for these two strong-willed individuals to come together...one which will be far more fulfilling (and you know why😉)

Ruz... most of the stories we have on Indian TV start after marriage or confession or whatever... because maybe that is consistent with their storyline. These two have been depicted as soulmates since childhood and none of the characters in this show have been shown as absolutely black or white. They are all flawed but human too in wishing their little dreams to be fulfilled. And further, in spite of their hearts telling them that they are made for each other... both face problems while confession. Neither Shravan nor Sumo have confessed... and yet, this is what they desire. Further, in between their own moments of procrastination, we have few characters (Khosla, Ram, Niru, Chachi and now Preekar) who have either messed up or created opportunities for them to meet or to fight...
Their life hasnt been easy till here.. and after they confess, there is nothing more in the storyline to take it forward (until and unless they change the script😆)
So, this story is the coming together of two people, strong-willed.. both love their family to the T, both also insecure in their own ways in their respective worlds... to come together to form a new world which is their own... Where love and self-respect are not mutually exclusive entities but are part of whole, where both the means and the ends count. and most importantly, where Love is the paramount emotion... love which exists within them and for each other❤️
