Ramu.kaka fought.a.case for the.doc 3-4 yrs back.. So he knows him.. Thats why.shravan asked him to talk to the Dr.

Because the doctor had a 6 months waiting list and Shravan had already tried him. Therefore his dad knew him due to a case he fought and he used him to his advantage.
