What was with the duppata?

I am lil confused what was the thing cvs were trying to depict with Pushkar taking the duppatta...was it suppose to be filmi type??? ...where did the duppata go when they reached home?...am I missing something.. I really din't get what was this duppata draping was all about?..

He was just trying to take her memory with him in place of her so that if she wasn't beside him atleast he would have something of her's to give him the love wala feeling

Seriously...what was Pushkar up to?? Dupatte mein kyun wrap kar raha tha apne aap ko?? 😆 Pyaar jatane ka kya anokha upay!!
