The BLOCKBUSTER saga Ek Duje Ke Vaaste is not your regular Indian drama series

Sony TV's Ek Duje Ke Vaaste is critically acclaimed , getting rave reviews from audience all over the world. A show that narrates a beautiful story very close to reality captured the audience's hearts with its unique narration and realistic approach towards the characters.

Ek Duje Ke Vaaste stands apart from other television dramas that are currently on-air in India. The story is quite different from the usual daily soaps. The show beautifully captures the relationship between each character and how they are emotionally connected to each other.

Nikita Dutta and Namik

The lead characters, Suman and Shravan are childhood friends who have grown up to have feelings for each other. The performances by Namik Paul as Shravan and Nikita Dutta as Suman are commendable, worthy of all the praises. Thes duo not only share a sizzling chemistry but but also complement each other very well which is why their pairing strike the chord with show's viewers. The acting of the lead actors is upto the mark, and both of them have shown impressive growth since the show's start.

Few of the supporting cast during a shoot sequence

Coming to rest of the characters, all of the actors are doing a brilliant job in portraying their character. Though we do have typical negative characters but that's nothing to complain off as so far everything has been perfectly balanced without going OTT. Be it Suman's family or Shravan's, they all have found a place of their own in the audience's heart. The show is definitely incomplete without such a powerful supporting cast.

Speaking of the plot, the makers deserves all the appreciation for depicting the story so simply without any melodrama. They try their best to keep the narration close to reality as much as it's possible to do so in a fiction series. And thank God, the makers of this show doesn't believe in dragging a track to the extent that the show loses its essence. This is one of the many point where Ek Duje Ke Vaaste raise above from many other ongoing show.

We declare Ek Duje Ke Vaaste as a BLOCKBUSTER drama saga without caring for the low ratings of the show which is where the Indian audience is to be blamed and criticized. Instead of opting to watch realistic shows like EDKV, the TRP audience continue to watch cliched saas-bahu shows making them the top rated show in India.

Ek Duje Ke Vaaste is a rare show that deserves to be celebrated.

Word! Good shows never get good ratings on Indian shows. Only cheap melodramas with bad acting. I rest my case!

Very true. I don't know why this happens. Coz Sony despite its drawbacks has somehow managed to retain the urbanity of its shows to a large extent. Yet it's shows dont run.

Wow every single word is bang on...I always feel pitty that what type of taste our audience have...I just don't get why they don't want to come out of OTTdrama... Melodrama... Unrealistic story and things... Saas.. Bahu... Naagin... Navela... Makhi... Rakhchash...
But I am glad that I got to watch EDKV... From its first promo only I felt it's different... Rather than watching all nonsense thing...will watch it again and again online but definitely not on sony but on other online website...
