Hello!!! Sorry for the late update! But here's a small weekly walk through and my thoughts on the past week on EDKV!
I wont make this post long and drowsy with depthful insights but only a few things that believe were the highlights and done really well!
Monday: So, first scene of the week and VANDY KILLS IT XD
"Mummy ji aapki ttoh chopsuey hogayiii ahahhahahaha"
And "ab daaloon namak? I mean shakar, coffee mei??"
Damnn vandyy you burning kamini's ass is the best thing ever XD
Honestly, this week has been my favourite for Pushkar's character! What a fantastic graph!
I loved this guy but now, immense respect and even more love <3
Ranjit killed it! Fabulous work!
Tuesday:
MY BREATH STOPPED. My hand automatically went to my beating heart in awe.
Namik's eyes when he looks at the tiwari villa sign board. One of the finest examples of acting man.
I dont have enough words for this scene.
I am not kidding or exxagerating when i say my breath stopped. There was a loud gasp and i stopped like that.
It's the simplicity with which it was done.
My goodness Mr. Namik Paul, what art thou?
Shravan looked so broken, it hurt my heart to see him like that.
And sumo, the way she walks to the door tugged at my heartstrings.
This entire scene did!
Hats off to the actors in this scene because it was their talent that spoke loud vlumes in this silent scene!
Ramnath you bitch. I still hate you.
Pushkar: look how in love with her this guy is! He is so adamant that they hang out! I get what preeti did though. But in this scene we see that pushkar is still the chhote!
She did try to apologize, it's totally acceptable that he doesnt listen, ofcourse he wont.
Wednesday:
RAMNATH AND KAMINI MARRIED THE WRONG PEOPLE. THEY SHOULD HAVE MARRIED EACH OTHER. Sneaking around like thieving hoes. *flings a shoe at them*
Thursday:
The happiness on Sumo's face and the whole family interaction was adorable!
Maamiji was the best! She really does want sumo.to succeed, whether it is for the money or not! The tears looked genuine <3
Pushkar again, returning the wallet!
I love the camaraderie they share! How he is happy in her joy!
Shraman broodily looks at each other while Berry creeps on.
Oh man :( the way they destroy PCT was the worst.
Friday:
Yes, ramnath is now officially the douche of the year. That expression. I will claw your sagging old eyes out.
Satyajit sir nailed it! Everybody officially hates ramnath now!
HOW f**kING DARE YOU SHRAVAN?! why would you talk to her like that?!
Yaar poori baat toh suno!
Pushkar stood shell shocked. He couldnt believe his ears.
They way that sumo broke. You could se eit instantly. And he could see it. He instantly regretted his words. But his father was right there. So was his ego. But my heart went out for sumo. They way she took her steps back and cried later. *stiffles a sob*
EPIPHANY: Ramnath is hopeless, friends are hopeless-er XD
KYA THAPPAD MAARA YAAR!
that guy, already intoxicated got backhanded and knocked the f**k out XD
And now, best scene of the week: Pushkar giving Shravan a piece of his mind! Beautifully done and shows how much better a friend pushkar is than shravan.
Sach mei, ye kya dosti nibharaha tha shravan? Pushkar se kuch seekho!
CONCLUSION: Pushkar for me was the hero of the week! I loved how concerned and involved and close he is to sumo. That is real friendship. That is a man with hisbhead and his heart both in the right place. He dint flinch once when he yelled at shravan because he was backing up and defending his friend. He knows the lines betwen right and wrong. And that is what makes him one of the finest characters on the show!
And lastly, this week belonged to Nikita! Beautiful acting and such grace, so subtle in her work. This is the stuff legends are made of!
