Ok. Now the case is closed and Priya has got a clean chit. But how is it that Mami and masi dropped their plans of selling the house?

They wanted to get and use the extra money. What's changed their intentions now? Yeah now they need to give sumo a share too but i hope the cvs close this loop convincingly. As there was a clear intention of leaving the joint family setup and go their respective ways. A mear case win is not going to change these thoughts that are sown. Or could this be a part of further drama in the future.

This might come up if they bring in this guy Anuj. Have a feeling he might have some of his mom's features even though Preeti and Dabbo are nice.

Nanaji told outside the court na bure waqt pe apne saath chod dete hai. U can then see a clear shame on 4 of their face. And after the case when suman retured mami asked for forgiveness.

So in the end they realised what mistake they did

I'm pretty sure they realized their err and decided against their original decision. Again something I love about this show, the antagonists aren't your typical OTT desi-serial antagonists that can "only-do-evil" (and many times just for the sake of being evil), these antagonists had reasons of their own but when shown the light, they too are allowed to grow, develop, and change all while still maintaining their very unique quirks & traits.

But to cut a long answer short, it's not a loophole, it's character development.

earlier they had an excuse .. they were losing the house or had to return the shravan's money .. now since all is cleared and priya's name is cleared ... they r just enjoying the relief .. it may crop up again but for now they r happy being together

They realized the mistake of not supporting sumo and accusing priya. But they wanting to move out I think would crop up again. I find nothing wrong in that but given that they are selfish things look a bit odd
