Why Pushkar call Sharvan Dad Sir? Apparently his Brother of Varun he should call him Bade Papa just like Varun

I guess he calls him sir out of respect and in office he must refer to him as sir only so I guess now it has become habit..
In one the episodes Pushkar said that he gets intimidated from Ramnath..

Pushkar works for Ramanathan so he calls sir in office so he is calling sir in home too maybe out of habit ya respect

Alright, Thank you Guys i was bit Confused and usually Mummy Ji shower all her love on Varun only so thought if Pushar is their real son or not
