May be he thinks or he knows something about Ram too. May be he was a stalker or a guy who used to love Sharnya. As we saw the first accident. She almost killed a boy in Kapali hill who was on a bike and who had those flowers with him( Star gezele?) . May be this is a story which was going on between Sharanya and Shiv while she was dating Vyom. She loved Vyom, Shiv thought she loves him. May be he had some past issues related to crime. That's why papa stopped him and after that Rajan killed him. May be this is why now he thinks Rajan and Ram are his murderers. He thinks Sharanya cheated with him too. As the police told nothing happened to the boy on bike...may be he survived and started to love Sharanya...and in one weak moment when Vyom and she had fight they came close together. This is what she mentioned in that letter. May be after his death or before his death/her memory lost he threatened her..."Hasta la vista baby...means I will be back as ghost and I will trouble you and Vyom"...Baaki lets watch. 🤪

PS. On the second thought... may be Vyom was a bully. He used to bully Shiv when he was alive and when he saw Shiv and Sharnya together...he killed Shiv in anger. 😕 Shiv is angry at Ram because he supported a bully and murderer like Vyom. When Sharnya knew this before her accident she decided to kill herself with Vyom too.
