An Enigma; A Mystery. I can't find better words to explain him. A vengeful spirit who in his life loved a woman more than life itself, so much that he came back from the dead. Why is he back though? His couplets give us a very small insight in to his mind. He's here for revenge; He torments her yet protects her, He hurts her but he still loves her.
What kind of love is This? A love where he wants to destroy her? Is it really love? Or is it Deewaanapan? Was he a scorned lover? Was he betrayed? Or was he an obsessed psycho who would go to any lengths for the woman he loves?
Whoever he was and is, he has left a lasting impression. His deewangi is something we all want to see. His story is something we all want to see. He's the character who adds spice to this show. Despite not being there most of the times, he's still there. He has left his mark. His presence is always felt. He is Shiv.
A special mention to the guy who is playing him; Namik Paul who is Slaying it as Shiv! The smirks, the screams, the love, the anger, the hurt is all perfectly portrayed by him! The couplets are beautifully recited! Hats off Namik Paul! I can't wait to see more!!!!
