One thing caught my attention yesterday, the ring it wasn't the one she saw on Monday episode which Sharanya loved. That ring was something from Shiv her real love whom she's forgotten at present. Shiv was the one who kept holding her hands in the hospital while she was in coma, he sends her favorite stargazers flowers which Vyom isn't even aware of. And now this ring which appears in her room coz of Shiv which she loves so much and claims unknowingly that they know her likes very much. These hints are making it obvious that Shiv was her real love, which is why he can't tolerate that she is getting cheated by the Bedis!
