I don't know there is connction between both rings. but as i know Namik always wears on his index finger that ring it is yellow sappire ring. It was there in his last show also. He wears it daily.

Betrayal I guess 😕I know you might have assumed the light flicker scene as another trick but Shiv to hamper Vyom's medical progress 😆 but if you look at his expression in that scenes, it clearly conveys the Hurt and anger, hurt for seeing Sharanya pleading for his biggest rival's life and anger for not able to do anything to his friend come rival when he had that opportunity.😳
