According to Youtube video,it is again her Dream state lights flickering on and off that is going into Dreaming as in past/present. Main guy, Vyom's Dad who wants Vyom to get married is looking somewhere else disinterestedly.

I don't want ShivOm to know each other...or they had a bond before...i want them to be strangers...its more like i want vom to know shiv through sharanya...he gets heartbroken n angry that she hides abt shiv from him during their college days...though he loves sharanya...he maintains a distance from sharanya n it affects her

This is all imagination - Pretty much sure, Vyom and Sharanya are Lovers but there is nothing between Shiv and Sharanya.

Shiv is an imaginary figure in Sharanya's mind. Sharanya doesn't have any love for that figure. She is curious to know who is the figure that she keeps recollecting always.

The engagement can't be sharanya's deeam sequence, in the YT video more than rajan looking bored it was Amar's expressions...maybe they were taking close ups of Vikram-Donal so Amar was not in character and Donal's IG update has the house all decorated like its someone's wedding, toh sagai toh hogayi shaadi hogi ke nai pata nahi 🤔

Before Accident , Sharanya and Vyom could have been engaged and maybe Marriage preparations were going on.

According to IG Post today, house was decorated, but I believe Sharanya was recollecting marriage preparations before accident subconsciously which were registered in her deep sleep state / mind. Vikram was acting as if he was sleeping & Director was sitting there, narrator was narrating the sequence but we need to connect all of them. Pretty much sure this is all Sharanya's Dream / or previous incidents that took place before accident. Sharanya is slowly coming to reality. 😊
