Summer is here and so has the mercury level risen. Like everyone, our celebrities from the tinsel town too are not spared from the heat. Here we have Viraf Phiroz Patel, who was seen as Mrityunjay in Life OK's Ek Boond Ishq with us who is giving tips regarding summers and how to cope up with it.

Here are his likes and dislikes of summers-

What do you like about summers?

Clothes get dry faster during summers that's the only thing I like about summers.

Summers are meant for... This season is only meant for Air-Conditioner to be switched on.

Perfect summer wear... Short pants and T-shirt.

Shooting during summer is... It's extremely challenging, more than actors its difficult for the entire unit members to shoot during summers.

Things I carry along during summer...T-shirt and energy drinks.

Favorite summer drink... Lemon Juice.

Favorite travel destination during summers... Leh Ladakh.

Beauty regime during summers... I wash my face and apply sun-screen.

Fitness regime during summer... Lots of fruits and water.

One summer tip to your fans... Stay calm and cool.
