In kaka entry I think they hav used different types of bg music in one Scene itself
Some of the bg used it in first kala scene were heard much in the show

by watching JR entry ws such powerful char JR ws shown...till whole ME's were nt planned out
really instead of planning that leap living in there ego land they should had made JR char bounce bk to pavilion to fight shown bw the brother's

MJ's entry was contrasted with JR's entry... jail van aur JR's car ka bhi contrast tha... it was confusing ki actually entry hai kiski...
but then MJ ka BG music was soothing... usse kaafi indications mile...
