Dear CVs,
First of all I would like to thank you for giving us such a wonderful and unique show where the love portrayed by ViCha as Mriara is beyond amazing! Even though there have been times where wanted to kill you, we still appreciate the freshness in your story telling. That's why we're fighting against this leap because we know what happens to shows after a leap takes place...they become dragged, cliche and terribly illogical where the lead couple are separated and tge magic of their love is destroyed. If there's one thing you guys have never spoiled it has to be the Mriara magic so why do it now? If you're worried about TRPs then trust me a 5 year leap with Tara or MJ raising a kid by themselves isn't going to improve your TRPs - Just look at Do Dil Ek Jaan or Dil se de dua...these were successful showd on LNOTOK that went down the drain because of a goddamn leap and leads being separated. Please don't do that to Mriara or EBI because I seriously want to remember this show as one of the best I've seen on Indian TV.
If you're really running out of ideas than why not ask the fans what they want to see? We will gladly give you ideas which not only increase the romance quotient of the show but also keep the suspense and thriller aspect alive as well. All you need to do is ask or even just go through the forums - we won't sue you for using our ideas because we want our show to be the best 👍🏼
Instead of a 5 year leap and Mriara having a child, this is what I'd like to see post a couple of months or a year leap:
I want a memory loss track where MJ meets Tara again at a chaat stall that is run by Tara - she won't recognise him but he will shocked and he'll think that she's merely a lookalike. Then Tara will go about wandering and stumble into an empty UC where the stranger friendship starts againDay Dreaming MJ will slowly start falling in love with this new Tara much like how Tara started developing feelings for the naqab posh leader. Tara will also start loving khadoos MJ who will keep his distance thinking he is betraying his Tara - then the new Tara will try to find out why he's like this and then bam she learns that MJ's dead wife looks exactly like her. Of course then she starts to get her memory back.
OR
I also want a new murder mystery and since Rakeshji isn't a part of the leap apparently, he could be the one killed and Tara is framed for committing murder - She is whisked off to jail (MJ has already been cleared because Kala's truth came out but Kala kills JR out of rage) - MJ fights to prove her innocence and Tara realises she's pregnant and they allow her bail where Kala attacks again...
CUE MEMORY LOSS AND MISCARRIAGE then what I wrote above happens. Mriara reunite and solve who framed her and we can have all the loopholes covered and then Tara pregnancy track and then the show can wrap up nicely.
After a couple of months break, if ViCha are willing, then you can bring back EBI season 2 with a whole new story!
Of course this is only one idea but seriously go through the forums and you'll see all the amazing ideas that people have come up with which not only appeal to the audiences but stop the show from taking an Ekta turn. We definitely applaud your creativeness but at the same time we want to make sure the good old EBI magic remains intact therefore we're being so adamant in stopping a ridiculous 5 year leap with Tara/MJ being a single parent kind of story.
Kids will only be allowed if we get to see MJ take care of a pregnant Tara and if they're both present during the kid's childhood. THE LAST THING WE WANT IS THE KID TO SUFFER LIKE TARA AND MJ WHO HAD ONLY ONE PARENT LOOKING AFTER THEM.
This is really long but it's definitely worth it because I have never felt so strongly for a TV show ever and I will not accept the show being ruined especially when Viraf and Chhavi have stayed back for us. Don't force me to quit the show. Please don't let this show go down the drain. #ekboondishq forever and ever ❤️
