I understand you, Nandini.

You know what even though Nandini is selfish and thinks about herself -- I actually understand where she's coming from. Even when she found out about MJ's truth, she did seem concerned for Tara but her selfishness was greater.

But you know what? Out of everyone, I think Nandini's character is more realistic and relatable, if a bit OTT. She feels invisible at times when Aradhna doesn't show any concern about her and is always worrying about Tara. I feel as if Nandini herself feels inferior in front of Tara and hence why she always needs to mention "I am the eldest, you are the youngest". To be honest, I'm also the eldest in my family and I sometimes feel like my parents don't care (purely because I'm the eldest and can do things on my own).

Though I don't agree with this dream of hers of marrying rich, we can't forget that despite her selfishness, she had actually been betrayed by the guy she loved. Like Tara did with punishing MJ, I was actually glad that Nandini was getting her own back with Adi (though if they didn't go about the way they did).

The way she reacted earlier backchatting about Tara in front of Aradhna and then getting shouted at - I feel like Nandini sometimes! When you're constantly compared to others (siblings or otherwise), you try to make the other seem lower than you - I think I do this sometimes? Even if unknowingly?

My point is even though with all this hate for Nandini's selfishness, I feel as if there's a part of Nandini in a lot of people (myself included) and that's why I totally ship (when you like two people together) Yug and Nandini because even though he has his own secrets, he actually did help Nandini even if for his own agendas. If there's anyone who has stayed by Nandini's side, it's Yug. =D

PS, when will this weekend end?!🤔

Well said. I can see where ur coming from. However, I wish someone would clear those insecurities from her (Nandu) life. If her mother loved Tara more than her why was she the one out having fun with Adi while Tara went to work everyday? If she is older then why has Tara been acting like one. Nobody knows their child like a mother. Aradhna knows both her girls.. she knows Tara's self sacrificing nature and thus shows more concern for her but it doesn't mean she loves Nandu less... Infact I think she loves her the most as she never asked her to take any responsibility.
I can understand Nandu's feelings but I can never agree with her thoughts. No matter how u say it the bottom-line is she's selfish and thus thinks everyone is like her.

Yeah Nandu has a lot of insecurities but she hides it with her selfishness that's why as viewers we don't really care about it because well, she's always selfish. And yeah you're so right about nobody knows their child than their mother. Like you said Aradhna knows Tara being self sacrificing and that's why she shows concern because Tara doesn't care about herself. I guess Nandini has been somewhat living in dreamworld that led her to become selfish, because she can't live in the real world. It's why I think she wanted Adi even after she found out about Meethi because her life was good when Adi was simply Adi, not Adi the husband. I guess that's why she wants him back because of her insecurities. =|

You are right... her character is very realistic... in fact she is very insecure person... Her mom always thinks about Tara first... & Adi's betrayal has made her like that... Still I think she'll help Tara in future...

Good & Interesting Post..U gave Nandu's char. a different dimension all together..yup indeed she is near to real char. as a parents if think about other child more insecurity does happen...for her too case is same...she got concerned for Tara when she came to know but than her selfishness empowered that...more than telling about mother the truth i didnt mind much her telling Ad the truth about MJay bcoz maybe she told out of selfishness but as her elder sister getting to know about this it was just she told her family AD as mother deserve to know...as elder sister her duty to tell what her little sis or younger daughter suffering..i most dislikening is about Adi the way she talks about she needs Adi in her life...what Adi did was wrong blackmailing to extent was f9..but wanted to get him is ermm...well at moment she is quite grey she is one catalyst later may help Tara but will be before too negative as her selfishness will over power her concern side for Tara!!

Thats why I really hope she snaps out of it. Her insecurities will lead to her destroying other people's lives if not just her own. I hope Yug turns positive and helps her deal with it. I wouldn't mind seeing a bit of Yugni romance in the future 😉

Yeah defo! I hope she forgets about Adi and does teach him a real lesson and shows his truth to everyone even if it hurts them (Meethi esp!) -- I really do hope she helps Tara!

You literally summed up everything nicely 😛 Yeah I don't like how she wants Adi back even though he betrayed her! :(
