Hai, I think he saw her eyes ,nose and lips when coming towards her he is just watching her. It is last part of 13th sept episode. He just have a glimpse of her.

I don't think he saw her eyes because she was covering her head and eyes with the ghoongat. Maybe he got a glimpse of her nose and lips but not eyes. Mayb he is trying to draw her or its some one else.each we are getting new questions to answer

Tara said 'na nazre miley,...' ,so I am sure there was no eye contact .

but what makes us believe that those are Tara's eyes is the similarity of the drawing to her eyes.

so it can be said that the makers are successful in keeping up the mystery factory intact.

I guess we gonna have to wait and watch
