See, how well you've conceived the plot...wish the cvs used their brains to come with this.
It would be the mos enjoyable way to go. This show should be a finite one...with no scope / need for leaps and generation leaps like some of the leading shows
It's nice to think that Radz would chart her course in life instead of living under Arjun's roof, totally vulnerable to nandini's and Arjun's shenanigans.
The only way out for Arjun to redeem is to finally confess the truth and hope for forgiveness by Sam and her family. That's the only way Radz will allow herself to love Arjun
Yeah Pippa... the only way out for Arjun is if he confesses the truth to Sam, which he will not for a long time to come. He will only do that if he becomes desperate enough. Till Nandini has this emotional hold over him, ye toh kehne se raha.
But there will surely come a time when he goes through a hell of tug and war between his false sense of gratitude to his di and his innocent and pure love for Radhu. One day the balance will tip towards Radhu, and he will be desperate to make things alright between them.
I'd like to see this happen simultaneously with Sam coming to know all about it from another source. So in essence his desperation to tell should result in a futile attempt, because Sam already knows. This will leave him na ghar ka na ghat ka... matlab before he could go and tell Sam (in his head that would make things alright between him and Radhika), but he goes and sees that Sam already knows... so it was really not his doing, which means he does not get his absolution.
And at that point, I would love it if they show Radhika having found peace, that Sam knows all... leaves Mumbai for good and disappears into the mountains because though she loves Arjun by now, she does not see a future with a man who took so long to make things right!
I want Arjun and Sam to go through a lot of turmoil and find peace in each others suffering resulting from the absence of that one person both love so much. I want Sam and Arjun to both realise that hatred can never be the solution for suffering. (It is a difficult lesson - to love despite the suffering that is meted out to to you) Only love and light can dispell pain and darkness... and then I would love Sam and Arjun get together in the real sense as friends to find Radhika and get her back in their lives. And since Neil was already privy to Radhika's pain... he will be the perfect support for Sam and Arjun's path towards redemption.
THAT in my mind will be the true Dosti Yaariyan and Manmarziyaan. 😊
I truly wish from the bottom of my heart that this show runs for the longest time, and does not end in October. Because it has the potential to become a great show like none other ever on the tv screen. Why oh why??? didnt Swastik approach Sony with this kind of creative concept... Only Sony has the nous to carry a serial like this, Star Plus does not!
