That's typical of an Uttarakhandi. All the men in that state (Uttarakhand is the name of the State in which Rishikesh is) are drunkards in reality. Their way of staying warm in all that cold. Jab dekho daaru peete rehte hai... aur apni auroton se kaam karwate rehte hai.

Uttarakhandi men are good for nothing, while their wives and daughters are very hard working.
