You bet!!! He is actually avoiding speaking about radhu, with nandini not because he is struggling with keeping the stopper on his developing feelings for her, but simply because subconsciously he wants to keep that one relationship from being tainted by anyone's negative comments. 😛
By being rude to Radhu, he is trying to save her ... its his way of keeping her from any harm, that he knows is a direct consequence of the tsunami that he and nandini are trying to trigger. He wants her out of harm's way.
I would love to see him create an image of a perfect world with him and Radhu in his mind, a world in which even Nandini is not allowed. That whole staircase scene at Sam's house, when Radhika first told him - "I dont what it is you are after, but your happiness cannot be dependent on Sam's tears"... uski pairo tale ki zameen hil gayi thi. He realised that day somewhere, that Nandini is actually making him do stuff that is not right. And subconsciously after the accident he has started realising that whatever happens with Sam, he cannot let the negativity of Nandini affect Radhu's life.
I think somewhere in his mind he wants to keep these two people apart from each other... the very fact that he wants to do that, shows that he cares for both of them immensely. With Sam he couldnt care a shit, of what she thinks of him at the end of it all. But with Radhu, he is beginning to care.
Oh!!!! this is gonna be such a popcorn ride. :D All samarj fans can go smoke pot and think of fanciful romances. 🥺 It ain't gonna happen. 🤣
