The reason us not week, the way cv's r showing it is.
Since Nandini is not dead, they need to properly justify this revenge track. They need to show more scenes, flashbacks of Nandini manipulating his child psyche. They need to show the formation of present Arjun from past Arjun.
These scenes if properly depicted can justify this revenge track.
The mind of a child is like wet clay which can be moulded into any shape. That's what Nandini did with Arjun and they need to show it or else this track will fall flat.
