If it was abt samarj he would have left when radz said that he isn't with sam and all but he left when she commented abt him getting defeated by himself as happiness cant be found in tears of someone else.

Arjun was affected by radz words & radz did msg to neil for sam..like come here & stop sam going away...

And about radz and Neil..well neil's mom was talking abt sam only that whenever he sees the love he is searching for in SAM's eyes then he would run after her no matter how much she tries to avoid her love for him.
