Doli Armaanon Ki to take a time leap
Another telly show is set for a time leap. Zee TV's Doli Armaanon Ki will zip ahead by two to three years and Umri (Neha Marda) and Samrat (Mohit Malik) will have a kid.
New faces will also join the cast and one of the finalised names is Anupam Shyam. The actor is better remembered for the portrayal of Thakur Sajjan Singh in Mann Ki Awaaz Pratigya, made by the same production house.
Says a source from the show, "Anupam will enter the show as Samrat's paternal uncle. Like Samrat, he is a typical MCP and acts superior to women. He is the only person in the family who can tackle Samrat's tantrums." Anupam will reunite with his Pratigya co-actor Amita Udgata, who plays Urmi's grandmother in the show. Despite repeated attempts, we couldn't reach Anupam for comment.
